ABOUT me

"It is my belief our bodies crave expressive movement.  As a Pilates instructor, I have been a movement facilitator for over 13 years and I can say definitively that movement heals.  Throughout my movement career I have constantly pushed the envelope to find ways to test the bounds of possibility for healing movement.  

movement isn't just lotion for your body. 
 
Movement frees your mind.  Movement opens your heart. Movement unleashes your soul. 
 
Movement is my playground and who couldn't use a little more play?

I decided to facilitate girl friend get togethers, and events because I want to offer an experience of depth and richness to the modern woman.

I want to offer an experience that stirs something inside, ignites the powerful force of heart and offers deep transformation.
